• Bank account details

• Authorised representatives
• Beneficial ownership information, where applicable

Where applicable, MSD facilitates the deposit of physical securities certificates into electronic form.

General process:

1. 1 Investor submits original certificate and required documents

3. 3 Issuer confirmation may be obtained where required
4. 4 Securities are credited to the investor’s securities account
5. 5 Investor may access updated holdings record

MSD processes the recording and administration of pledges over securities held in a securities account, subject to applicable laws, rules, documentation requirements, and necessary approvals. A pledge may be recorded to reflect a security interest in favour of an approved pledgee without transferring beneficial ownership, unless otherwise required by law or enforcement action.

Pledge-related services may include:

• Recording of a pledge over eligible securities
• Amendment, release, or discharge of an existing pledge
• Verification of pledgor and pledgee instructions
• Restriction on transfer of pledged securities while the pledge remains in effect
• Provision of confirmations or statements reflecting the recorded pledge
• Processing in accordance with enforcement, release, or court instructions where required

Investors may participate in eligible general meetings and voting processes through approved channels, including FahiVote where applicable.
